Notedock Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1 February 2026

First of all, thank you for choosing Notedock! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Notedock Ltd ("Notedock", "we", "us", or "our"), the company behind the Notedock AI note-taking application. By using Notedock (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and if we make significant changes, we will notify you (for example, via an in-app notice or email). Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

In addition to these Terms, please review our Privacy Policy (separate document) to understand how we collect and use data. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy as well.

1. About Us

Notedock Ltd is a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. When we say "Notedock," "Company," "we," or "us," we are referring to NOTEDOCK Ltd, the provider of this Service. These Terms are an agreement between you and Notedock Ltd only, not with Apple, Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Notedock app or its content. Your use of the app must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Using Notedock (Eligibility and Accounts)

TL;DR: You must be an individual at least 16 years old to use Notedock. Keep your account secure and follow the rules, or we may have to suspend or terminate your access.

Eligibility:

You must be at least 16 years old to use Notedock. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms. The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly allow such users.

Account Registration:

To access Notedock's features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep your details current, choose a strong password, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not share your login credentials or use another person's account. We reserve the right to reclaim or require you to change a username if it is inappropriate or violates someone's rights.

Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notedock will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Use caution when accessing your account from public or shared devices.

Truthfulness:

By using the Service, you promise that all information you submit to us is truthful and accurate. Providing false or outdated information, or impersonating someone else, violates these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Compliance with Laws:

You agree to use Notedock legally and in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you.

Termination for Violations:

If you violate any part of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion. We aim to act fairly and typically enforce termination only in serious cases, but we reserve the right to protect the Service and our community. (See Section 9 for more details.)

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

TL;DR: Notedock offers a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.

Free Trial:

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. The trial begins when you activate it in the app. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically start at the then-current price unless you cancel the trial through your Apple ID subscription settings before it converts to a paid plan. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged, and access to premium features will end when the trial expires.

Subscription Plans:

After the trial, continued use of Notedock requires a paid subscription purchased exclusively through the Apple App Store. We currently offer the PRO plan (see in-app listings). Plans may be billed monthly or annually, and pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method associated with your Apple ID.

Billing Cycles and Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through your Apple ID. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Apple typically processes renewal charges within the 24 hours before the current period ends. We cannot manage, modify, or cancel Apple-managed subscriptions on your behalf.

Payment Methods:

All payments are processed by Apple, not by Notedock. We do not collect or store your payment information. Any billing issues, payment method updates, or charges are handled directly by Apple.

Taxes:

Prices shown in the App Store may include applicable taxes based on your region. Apple manages tax collection and remittance in accordance with local laws.

Price Changes:

If the price of a subscription changes, Apple may notify you in advance. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle through your Apple ID settings.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription anytime in Settings under Subscriptions. Cancellation prevents future charges and remains effective at the end of your current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds:

Because all purchases occur through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple via https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Notedock cannot issue refunds or access your Apple billing information.

Upgrades and Downgrades:

Any plan changes you make through the App Store follow Apple's rules and will take effect as indicated at the time of change. Apple manages all billing adjustments.

4. User Content and Ownership

TL;DR: You retain full ownership of all notes, documents, and content you create or store in Notedock. We do not claim ownership over your content. However, you give us a license to use, store, and process your content as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you upload, and it must not violate any laws or others' rights.

Your Content is Yours:

Notedock enables you to create, upload, and store notes, text, images, and other materials ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. You retain all rights and title (including intellectual property rights like copyright) to the content you create or input into Notedock. For example, if you write a note or upload a document, it remains yours.

License to Notedock:

In order to operate the Service (and back up your data, display it to you, process it with AI features, etc.), we need certain permissions from you. By using Notedock and storing content on our Service, you grant Notedock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, transmit, display, and otherwise use your content solely as needed to provide the Service to you and any collaborators you authorize. In plain language, this license lets us do things like save your notes on our servers, show them to you in the app, or process them when you ask the AI to summarize or organize them. We will never use your private content for marketing or share it with others except as allowed by you or as described in our Privacy Policy.

Content Privacy:

By default, all your notes and content in Notedock are private to you. Notedock will not access or view your private content except as necessary to operate the Service (for example, for backups, security scanning, or at your request for support) and as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may also analyze data in aggregate or using automated algorithms to improve the Service (e.g., to improve search or AI suggestions), in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not make your personal notes public or share them with other users unless you choose to do so.

Sharing and Collaboration:

Notedock may offer features that allow you to share notes or collaborate with others (for example, sharing a note with a friend or teammate). If you choose to share any content, anyone you share with will be able to access that content as permitted by the Service (and they may also share it further, so be careful who you trust). Marking content as shared or public is your choice and responsibility. Unless you deliberately share or publish content, it stays private. If you do mark content as public or share it, you give us the right to make that content available to the people you shared it with, in accordance with the settings you chose.

Your Responsibility for Content:

You are solely responsible for all User Content that you create, upload, or share using Notedock. This means you must ensure your content (including any data, text, images, or other materials):

  • Rights: You have all necessary rights to use and upload it (e.g., you wrote it yourself, or you have permission from the copyright owner).
  • No Illegal Material: It does not violate any law or regulation (for example, it isn't defamatory, or fraudulent, or illegally obscene).
  • No Infringement: It does not infringe or violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks) or privacy rights.
  • No Abuse: It isn't offensive, harassing, or hateful toward others, and doesn't contain unlawful or extremely graphic content.

We do not proactively monitor or review the content you add to Notedock (and we want to keep your notes private), but if we become aware of User Content that violates these Terms or the law (for example, through a credible complaint), we reserve the right to remove or disable access to that content. We may also suspend or terminate the account responsible, especially for serious violations.

No Responsibility for User Content:

Notedock is a platform for you to organize your information, but we are not responsible for what you (or other users) write or store on the platform. We do not endorse or verify any user-generated content. If you rely on information in someone else's shared note, you do so at your own risk.

Data Backup:

We perform regular backups of data on Notedock's servers to help prevent data loss. However, we cannot guarantee that any content you upload will never be lost or corrupted. For example, unforeseeable technical issues could result in data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notedock shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data. We'll certainly do our best to protect your data – and we've designed the system with redundancy – but no service can promise 100% data safety.

Content Removal and Retention:

You can delete your notes or other content at any time within the app. Deleting content will remove it from your account view immediately. However, please note it may take a short time for our backups and servers to fully purge the deleted data. In addition, if you share content with others and they copied or exported it, we cannot retrieve or delete those copies. For account deletion, see "Termination" below for how we handle your data when you delete your account.

Copyright Infringement Policy:

Notedock respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your copyright or other IP rights, please notify us at our designated contact (see Contact section below) with details. Upon proper notification, we will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content, in accordance with applicable law (such as the DMCA in the USA or relevant UK copyright laws). We may also terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

5. Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Activities

TL;DR: Use Notedock in a respectful and lawful manner. Don't misuse the Service by hacking, spamming, scraping, or engaging in other prohibited activities that could harm Notedock or other users.

When using Notedock, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Illegal or Unauthorized Use:

Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or engage in illegal activities using our platform. This includes (but is not limited to) using Notedock in violation of any laws, regulations, or sanctions, or for fraudulent or malicious purposes. You must also not use Notedock in any way that breaches any contract or fiduciary duty (for example, posting confidential information you're not authorized to share).

Harassment or Harm:

Do not use Notedock to harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others. This includes using our Service to stalk or bully someone, or to encourage violence or hatred against others. Content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful is strictly forbidden.

Intellectual Property Infringement:

Do not upload or share content that you do not have the right to use. This means no posting of material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Also, do not use Notedock to distribute pirated materials or unauthorized copies of books, music, software, etc.

Security Violations:

Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Notedock system or network. Do not attempt to hack, bypass or circumvent any security or authentication measures of the Service. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

Interference with Service:

Do not interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of Notedock. For example, do not deploy any viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code to or through the Service. Also, do not engage in activities like denial-of-service attacks, overloading, flooding, or spamming that could impair others' ability to use Notedock. Avoid any actions that impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Automated Access and Scraping:

Do not use any robot, scraper, crawler, script, or automated means to extract data from Notedock or to otherwise access the Service in bulk, except in accordance with our API (if we offer one) and with prior permission. Systematically retrieving data to create a collection or database without authorization is prohibited.

False Identity and Misrepresentation:

Do not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. You must not use Notedock to deceive others into believing you are someone you are not. Additionally, you should not falsely represent the source of any content you upload (e.g., don't plagiarize someone else's work and claim it as yours).

Spam and Unsolicited Communications:

Do not use the Service to transmit any unsolicited or bulk communications. This means no sending of spam, junk mail, chain letters, phishing schemes, or any form of mass messaging through Notedock's functionalities. Similarly, refrain from posting repetitive or off-topic content.

Commercial Activities:

You may not use Notedock for commercial solicitation or advertising, except as expressly allowed. This includes no advertising or selling products to other users, and no posting of affiliate links or promotional content in your notes if those notes are shared publicly (unless we permit it in a specific context).

Content Restrictions:

Do not upload content that is extremely graphic, contains sexually explicit material (especially anything involving minors, which will be reported to authorities), or any content that is unlawful (e.g., instructions for illegal activities). We also prohibit content that promotes self-harm or suicide in a way that is not educational or supportive.

Misuse of Support or Feedback Channels:

When contacting our support or providing feedback, do not use profane or abusive language. Do not submit false reports or frivolous inquiries.

This list isn't exhaustive, but should give you an idea of the types of behaviors that are prohibited. If you're unsure whether something is allowed, feel free to contact us and ask. Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy can result in suspension or termination of your account, as well as any other remedies available by law. We also reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our judgment, violates these rules (this could include reporting misconduct to law enforcement).

6. Notedock's Intellectual Property

TL;DR: We own the Notedock Service and all the software, code, and branding that come with it. You're not allowed to copy, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without permission. We give you a limited license to use the app and service as intended.

Our Proprietary Rights:

The Notedock Service (including our website, mobile apps, and all content and software other than your User Content) is protected by intellectual property laws. Notedock Ltd (and its licensors, if any) owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, code, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and content provided by us. This also includes any improvements or updates to the Service. Using Notedock does not give you ownership of any of our intellectual property or those rights, it only gives you a limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

License to Use the Service:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Notedock grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our applications and services for your own personal productivity and note-taking purposes. This license is for use only as permitted in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software or Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

Scope of License:

This license to use the Notedock app is a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, and only as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services terms and conditions. This license does not permit you to use the app on any device you do not own or control.

Notedock Trademarks and Branding:

The Notedock name and logo, and any other product or service names or slogans we use, are trademarks of Notedock Ltd. You are not allowed to use these trademarks without our prior written consent. This includes not using our name or logo in any metatags or hidden text, or implying any endorsement by Notedock of your project or content without permission.

Copyright and Content:

Except for your User Content, all content in the Service is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices on Notedock or displayed by the Service. We may give you permission to download or print some content (for example, printing your notes or exporting data), but this is solely for your personal use within the Service's intended purpose.

Feedback:

If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us (for example, ideas to improve Notedock), you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you. We welcome feedback, but please understand we may use it to enhance our product and we have no obligation to you as a result.

Third-Party Libraries and Components:

Our Service may include third-party software components that are open source or licensed by third parties. Those components may be subject to their own license terms, which we will make available to you as required. To the extent any third-party license expressly conflicts with these Terms, the third-party license will control for the use of that component.

7. AI Features and Third-Party Services

TL;DR: Notedock uses AI to enhance note-taking. When you use AI features, the relevant content you provide may be processed by third-party AI models solely to generate the result you requested. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Notedock may offer features such as AI-generated summaries, suggestions, translations, or other content assistance. By using any AI-driven features in Notedock, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Use of AI Providers:

Some AI features in Notedock are powered by third-party machine learning and AI services (for example, providers such as OpenAI). When you use an AI feature (such as asking the AI to summarize or rewrite content), the necessary portion of your input may be securely transmitted to the third-party provider to generate a response, and the result will be returned to Notedock and displayed to you. Processing by the provider is temporary and retained only as long as needed to generate the requested output. We will handle this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Terms:

Your use of Notedock's AI features must comply with these Terms and with the usage policies of any AI providers we rely on. If a provider restricts certain types of content or usage, you agree to follow those rules when accessing AI features through Notedock. We may provide links to such terms on our website or documentation. If you violate those requirements, we may limit or disable your access to AI features.

No Guarantee of Accuracy:

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or inappropriate. While we aim to offer useful assistance, AI-generated content is provided "as-is." You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs before relying on them, and you should not use AI for decisions where inaccurate information could cause harm (such as medical, legal, or financial decisions).

User Responsibility:

You must not use AI features to generate content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (for example, illegal, harmful, or abusive content). You remain responsible for your use of AI outputs and for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

Changes to AI Features:

AI features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. We may modify or replace the AI technologies used or adjust the availability of AI features at any time, with or without notice. If any AI features involve separate charges or usage limits, we will inform you within the app or in our pricing details.

8. Termination of Service

TL;DR: You can delete your account at any time if you no longer want to use Notedock. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for other serious reasons. Your content will be deleted after account deletion. Refunds, if applicable, are handled solely by Apple.

Your Right to Terminate:

You can stop using Notedock at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you may do so through the app (where available) or by contacting us. Once processed, your account will be deactivated and your content will become inaccessible. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or cancel your subscription; subscription management must be done through your Apple ID settings as described in Section 3.

Data Deletion on Termination:

After account deletion or termination, your account will be deactivated immediately upon deletion, and your data will be removed from active systems promptly. Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days as part of our routine backup system.

Our Right to Terminate or Suspend:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or applicable law, if your use poses a risk to the Service or to other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Where appropriate, we will attempt to notify you and, if reasonable, provide an opportunity to correct the issue. For serious or repeated violations, termination may occur without prior notice.

Effect of Termination:

If your account is terminated, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We have no obligation to maintain or provide your content after termination, so please ensure you have any necessary backups. We are not liable for consequences arising from termination or deletion of content as described, to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds:

All subscription refunds are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. Notedock cannot issue refunds directly or access your billing information.

Service Discontinuation:

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide advance notice when feasible so you can export your data.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

TL;DR: We will do our best to provide a great service with reasonable care, but Notedock is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee perfect or uninterrupted performance. We also limit our liability for damages as much as the law allows, and certain Apple-required rights apply.

Service Provided "As Is":

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. Your use of Notedock is at your own risk.

Service Quality and Care:

We do commit to providing the Service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Downtime and Errors:

We strive for high availability, but occasional downtime or errors may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. We will try to minimize disruptions, but we are not liable for losses caused by downtime or issues outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Notedock and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. In particular, we are not liable for: (i) losses not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms, (ii) business-related losses (Notedock is intended for personal use), or (iii) loss or corruption of data not caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

Cap on Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid Notedock in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £100 GBP, whichever is lower. If you paid nothing, our maximum liability is £0. This applies regardless of the legal theory.

Apple Warranty Remedy:

If Notedock fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses due to a failure of the app to meet warranty are our responsibility, not Apple's.

Product Claims:

You acknowledge that Notedock—not Apple—is responsible for handling any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.

Intellectual Property Claims:

If a third party claims that the app infringes their intellectual property rights, we—not Apple—are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging such claims.

Exceptions:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law (such as liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence). Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Reliance on Information:

Any information or content provided through Notedock—including AI-generated content—is for general informational purposes only and is not professional advice. We are not liable for actions you take based on such information.

Third-Party Services:

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for those services. They may have their own terms and privacy policies, and failures of those services are outside our responsibility.

Users' Actions:

We are not responsible for the behavior or content of other Notedock users. If another user violates these Terms or misuses the Service, please report it and we will take appropriate action.

Maintenance and Support:

Notedock is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app as described in these Terms or as required by law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the app.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:

These Terms and your use of Notedock are governed by the laws of England and Wales (and, by extension, applicable UK law), without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are accessing the Service as a consumer, you may have protections under mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence; these Terms are not intended to override those protections.

Jurisdiction:

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Notedock Service, and subject to any local law rights you may have, you and Notedock agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve the dispute. If you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK (e.g., Scotland or Northern Ireland) or in the European Union, you may also choose to bring legal proceedings in your local courts. We both agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Dispute Resolution:

We value our relationship with users and encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve any issue informally. You can reach out to our support team (see Contact Us section below) to discuss any concerns. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Important: These Terms do not provide for mandatory arbitration or class action waiver (as sometimes seen in other jurisdictions), so you are not required to arbitrate disputes – you can go to court. However, we hope to solve problems amicably whenever possible.

Injunctive Relief:

Notwithstanding the above, if you violate or threaten to violate our intellectual property rights or the Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief (such as a court order to stop your actions) in any jurisdiction, since such a breach could cause irreparable harm to us.

11. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement:

These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or terms notified to you within the Service for specific features) constitute the entire agreement between you and Notedock regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. In other words, the invalid part will be cut out or minimized, and the rest of the Terms will still apply.

No Waiver:

If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, or delay in enforcing it, that does not mean we are waiving our right to do so later. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Notedock.

Assignment:

You may not assign or transfer these Terms (or any of your rights or obligations under them) to anyone else without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.

Third-Party Beneficiaries:

Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

Third-Party Terms:

When using Notedock, you must comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement.

Relationship of Parties:

These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Notedock.

Headings and Summaries:

The section titles and the brief summaries or "TL;DR" provided at the beginning of some sections (if any) are for convenience and have no legal effect. They do not limit or define the full scope of each section.

Legal Compliance:

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Force Majeure:

Notedock will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labor conditions, power failures, internet or communications outages, or other unforeseen events of magnitude.

Communications and Notices:

We may contact you regarding the Service and these Terms electronically, such as by email to the address you provided or by posting notices on our website and/or in the app. You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for reviewing any notices we send or post. All communications from you to us should be sent to the contact info below.

Survival:

Certain sections of these Terms by their nature will survive any termination of these Terms or your account, including (but not limited to) provisions related to ownership, warranties disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.

12. Contact Us
